How to make Amla Hair Oil at home
There are many ways to make Amla oil at home. You can use dry Amla powder or Amla juice for producing oil. I personally use fresh Amla juice to make this oil. All you need is just two ingredients and around 2-3 hours to make this oil. Coconut oil and Sesame oil are traditionally used as a base for preparing Amla oil. Both are equally beneficial. But it's essential to choose one that suits you. Coconut oil is considered cooling by nature and Sesame oil heating by nature. If you have a tendency to catch a cold easily or you are suffering from Sinus then use Sesame oil instead of Coconut oil as a base for Amla oil.
I have used coconut oil as a base for preparing Amla oil. Let's see how you can make this oil at home.
