  • Mix equal quantities of coconut/sesame oil and fresh Amla juice and cook on low flame until you Amla residues burn entirely. Strain oil in a container and store Amla hair oil in a dark place. Regular massage with this oil will reduce hair fall, make your hair shiny and lustrous, treat premature graying of hair. Instead of fresh juice; powdered Amla or dried Amla can be used.
